This is a 6 hour, interactive workshop around wellness, self-care, mindset and taking action on how you want to feel.

We will cover Health Screening and the following 10 resiliency factors: Stress Management, Healthy Eating, Physical Activity, Restful Sleep, Service to Others, Support Network, Optimism Based on Positive Expectations, Cognitive Skills to Avoid Negative Thinking, Spiritual Beliefs and Practices, and A Sense of Meaning and Purpose. A holistic approach to wellness".

This is a peer-led support group for individuals seeking to gain or maintain an optimal level of overall health. Techniques and strategies from each of the four areas will be discussed: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

A peer-led support group for those living with mental health challenges.

Dual Diagnosis
TUESDAYS @ 11 AM
Dual Diagnosis is a Peer-led support group for individuals living with mental health and substance use concerns. This unique, non-traditional group is open to the community at large and serves as a reassuring and enlightening space for those self identified with dual experiences.

Peer Support Specialist Cafe
THURSDAYS @ 6:00 PM
Peer Café is a peer-led weekly support group for any Mental Health Peer Specialist (MHPS), Recover Support Peer Specialist (RSPS), MHPS/RSPS Interns, and any other Peer Support or Recovery Support professionals. The purpose of Peer Café is to provide a safe space for peers to connect, debrief, and discuss the challenges and rewards of being a peer in the field. Peers need support too!

Supporting Roles By Forming Communities
FRIDAYS @ 11 AM
A peer-led support group for any Mental Health Peer Specialist (MHPS), Recover Support Peer Specialist (RSPS), Community Health Workers (CHW), Certified Family Partners (CFP) and any other direct care/supporting roles.
